The Harvest Pack Chronicles - TriDistrict CAPS Spotlight & Internship Opportunities
Harvest Pack x TriDistrict CAPS Internship Spotlight
Take a look at Harvest Pack’s most recent TriDistrict CAPS intern, Lila and her story. Don’t worry, Harvest Pack has more learning opportunities and internships coming soon!

As part of Harvest Pack’s efforts to make a difference in the local community, we partner with the TriDistrict CAPS Program - an internship program that provides a space for students to explore their personal interests while gaining real world experience in related fields.
This past spring, Harvest Pack had the opportunity to host Lila - a recent high school senior with an interest in business, as an intern on our team. Lila worked closely with Harvest Pack’s digital media coordinator, Aaliyah Ratliff, and played a key role on different research projects including market and keyword research, SWOT analysis, and social media audits. Through the TriDistrict CAPS program, Lila was able to participate in a service learning opportunity while gaining valuable exposure in professionalism within the nonprofit world.

As Lila wraps up her senior year of high school, she is eager and determined to use her new digital marketing experience. This upcoming fall, Lila will begin her college career at North Dakota State University majoring in Sports Management.
